![]() When this driver / interface is installed, Windows doesn't like it as it's an unsigned driver, but we installed it anyway, but it still hasn't fixed the issue. The software that runs the camera has a way of installing a different kind of driver or interface or something called wdi-simple Opens a new window which appears to have it's source code (and program arguments) listed in github. We are unsure if the upgrade caused the issue because during the 2nd manual reboot of Windows 7, it was doing the same thing.when you go to select the camera in the program it runs with says `Initializing Camera` and then it freezes on the error screen you can't even see the details of what went wrong. ![]() The box it was running on was upgraded to Windows 10, and now the driver doesn't work. The camera shows up and installs in Windows 10, it is listed under the USB interfaces in the hardware manager. ![]() We have a camera that plugs in via USB, and used to connect via Windows 7 to a program that would use a Twain driver to take a picture. ![]()
